Now that you have added your colleagues and they are listed as users you’re ready to plan your first meeting. You can use one of Thena’s pre set agendas (coming soon) or you can create your own.

To setup your own agenda:

  1. Open the Thena menu from the top-left corner of your screen.

2. Select Agenda templates from the Meetings section.

3. Click on the Plus button in the bottom-right corner of your screen. It looks like this:

4. Give your meeting template a name (maybe “Weekly Round-table”) and use the Add agenda item button to build your meeting agenda; You can have as many as you like.

You can name each agenda item whatever you want but Thena will offer you a choice of Agenda Item Types. Thena treats each of these slightly differently. See our post on “Agenda Item Types” for help with this.

Congratulations, you’re ready to Start a Meeting using your own agenda. You can create as many as you need to suit the different meetings that take place in your own business.
